Our Targeted Case Management Services:
Our Agency will be continue serving our community of Miami Dade County, supporting and helping with Targeted Case Management services. Who assist clients with actual information, donation, food delivery places (free - persons who are over 65 years old and live alone), COVID-19 education (what can do for prevent, avoid propagation and what do in case that we are with virus), prescription refills and other services using phone, face to face and/or internet tools.
Community Mental Health Services:
Our services of PRS (Psychotherapy Rehabilitation Services) group was stopped services on site because avoid a group contact, anticipating any possible contagion, so we do not expose the lives of any of our customers, nor that of their relatives in their homes, we offer by Telehealth Service.
As soon as our country is 100% safe and no life is in danger, we will re-establish our psychosocial therapy services as a group, for the moment we continue with the individual (as long as the client has not been out of the country or present symptoms of the Coronavirus).
Excellent Medical Center's Message:
In this time our great country, our president, government, Healthcare Providers, Medicaid and Medicare's programs, our families need us more than ever.
This country is great thanks to the union and teamwork, we must all strive to overcome this phase that has we had to live, together, collaborating with the health measures, of prevention, knowing the methods of propagation, keeping us informed, we can fight until our doctors, scientists and specialists find the vaccine to deal with this virus.
Excellent Medial Center joins our country for this fight and we ask all people to do the same, the government and different Entities, Organizations, Companies and our national guard have made contributions and prioritized funds for our hospitals, laboratory centers, places that give food to people who are over 65 years old and live alone, and many other facilities in the midst of this crisis.
